You build a proper form or a quiz with real questions, and someone starts filling it out. Then life interrupts. A phone rings, the kettle boils, a browser tab closes by accident.

The old story? They come back to a blank page and every answer gone. Most people don't start again. You lose the lead.

Now there's a fix, and it takes one toggle.

What you get

Your multi-step Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes can now save a respondent's progress automatically. If they close the browser, refresh, or wander off before hitting submit, their answers are held safely.

When they come back to the same Form, Survey, or Quiz, a Resume Progress box appears. They can carry on from exactly where they stopped, or choose to start over if they'd rather.

It works on desktop and mobile, and the resume box styles itself to match your branding automatically. The button colour picks up your footer colour, and the text uses your label font, so it looks like part of your form, not a bolted-on extra.

How to turn it on

It's a single setting, and nothing changes on your existing forms until you switch it on.

1. Open the Form, Survey, or Quiz you want to use it on.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Turn on the Save exit confirmation toggle.

In the screenshot below, you'll see the toggle sitting in the Settings tab. Flip it, and the system handles the rest.

From there, anyone filling out that form gets their progress saved automatically. No extra steps for them, no setup for you.

One honest note: this is for multi-step Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes, and progress only saves once the toggle is on. So if you've got a longer form that people tend to abandon, go switch it on now. It's a thirty-second job that could save you a good handful of leads.
