Reuse Media Easily in WhatsApp Templates
How It Works
ESC Hub now connects the Media Library directly to WhatsApp Template creation.
When building or editing a WhatsApp template with a media header, you can select files straight from your existing Media Library instead of downloading and re-uploading assets each time. This applies to images, videos, documents, and audio files.
The Media Library opens inside the template builder and automatically filters assets based on the selected header type, keeping everything relevant and easy to find.
How to Use
To add media from the Media Library to a WhatsApp template:
Open a WhatsApp template in ESC Hub.
Choose a media header type such as Image, Video, Document, or Audio.
Select Choose from Media Library or upload a new file if needed.
Pick the asset you want to use.
Continue building your template without leaving the editor.
This works for both new templates and updates to existing templates.
