Remove Live Posts From Social Networks Without Leaving ESC Hub
Dealing with a post that went out with a typo, outdated information, or content that should not have been published has always meant logging into the social network itself to remove it. That extra step is gone.
What's changed
You can now delete published posts directly from the Social Planner. When you delete a post, you will see two options - remove it from Social Planner only, or delete it from the social network at the same time.
Native deletion is supported for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Community. For platforms that do not support third-party deletion - Instagram and TikTok - posts can still be removed from Social Planner while remaining live on the platform.
The same delete workflow applies to draft posts, scheduled posts, and published posts. It is available from both the Post List View and Calendar View. If the connected social account has expired or become disconnected, a reconnect prompt appears automatically so you can restore access and continue the deletion without losing your place.
To use it, go to Marketing - Social Planner, locate the post, open the three-dot menu, click Delete, and choose whether to also delete from the social platform.

Why it matters
Managing published content should not require switching between ESC Hub and multiple social network accounts. Having the ability to take down live content from the same place you created and scheduled it keeps your content management centralised and a lot faster when you need to act quickly.
