Reconnect Your Calendar and Your Appointments Catch Up Automatically
If your calendar integration has ever dropped out and come back, you may have noticed appointments created during that gap simply didn't appear on the other side. The only fix was to manually edit each one to trigger a re-sync - a frustrating extra step that was easy to miss.
That problem is now solved.
ESC Hub has improved how calendar syncing works across disconnections, new connections, and calendar switches - so your appointments stay accurate without you having to chase them.
What's changed
Three specific scenarios are now handled automatically.
The first covers disconnections. If your calendar integration was disconnected for any period and appointments were created during that time, those appointments now sync automatically the moment your connection is restored. No manual edits needed.
The second covers new connections. When you connect a new calendar integration, all your upcoming appointments are pushed across to it straight away - you don't start with a blank calendar on the other side.
The third covers switching calendars. If you change which calendar is selected within an existing integration, your upcoming appointments follow - resyncing to the newly selected calendar automatically.
Why it matters
A calendar you can't fully trust creates extra mental load. You end up double-checking, manually updating, or worse - missing something because an appointment quietly didn't sync. These improvements remove that uncertainty.
Whether you're reconnecting after a disruption or setting up a new calendar integration, you can now do it knowing your appointments will be exactly where they should be.
No action needed on your end - this is already live inside your ESC Hub account.
