Prospect AI Now Shows You What Your Agents Are Doing and Drops Leads Straight Into Your Pipeline

July 10, 2026

If you've been running AI sales agents in Prospect AI, you know the old frustration. You set an agent loose, then had to open it up just to figure out what it had actually been doing. And when nothing turned up, you were left guessing why.

That's been sorted. Prospect AI just got a full redesign that shows you what each agent is up to at a glance, explains its results, and now drops new prospects straight into your sales pipeline.

Agent cards that tell you the story

Your AI agents now give you the important stuff without a single click. Each card shows the total prospects discovered, the last successful run, the next scheduled run, and what that agent specialises in.

In the screenshot below, you'll see the redesigned cards. You can also jump straight to every prospect an agent has found, right from here.

No more opening each agent just to check its status.

A proper home for each agent

Clicking an agent no longer throws you into edit mode. Instead you land on the agent's own workspace, with two views.

  • Summary - the agent's configuration, prospect stats, its finding criteria, the next scheduled run, and quick access to everyone it's discovered.
  • Activity - a full execution history, previous runs, upcoming schedules, and success and failure logs.

You get to review how an agent has been performing before you go changing anything.

The activity center explains itself

This is the part I like most. For the first time, Prospect AI actually tells you what your agent has been doing - when it last ran, when it runs next, how many prospects it found, and which business categories turned up.

And if an agent comes back empty, it now tells you why, with real suggestions. Things like widening your search radius, relaxing your conversion score filters, lowering the rating requirement, or shifting your monthly limit across agents.

So instead of wondering why nothing happened, you get a clear next step.

One dashboard for your whole AI team

The Prospect AI dashboard now pulls quick insights across every agent in one place - total agents, how many are active, total prospects discovered, and your monthly lead usage.

There's a search bar too, so as your team of agents grows you can find and manage the one you want in seconds.

New prospects go straight into your pipeline

Here's the change that saves the most busywork. Prospect AI now connects directly to your CRM pipelines. When you set up an agent, you choose which pipeline new prospects should enter and which stage they should land in.

Every fresh prospect the agent finds is added automatically, ready for review, automation, and outreach. No more shuffling leads by hand from Prospecting over to your sales pipeline.

Between the clearer views, the run history, the smart suggestions, and pipeline integration, your AI agents now behave a lot more like members of your sales team than a black box.

Have a look at your agents, open one up, and see what it's been doing. It's a much friendlier place to work than it was.
