Personalise What Happens After a Booking With Assigned User Custom Values
When someone books a calendar appointment through your funnel, the next step is a chance to reinforce the experience - show them who they'll be speaking with, confirm the details, make it feel personal. But until now, assigned user information didn't reliably carry through to the next funnel step or the calendar confirmation page.
That's been fixed.
Assigned user custom values now work consistently across both the next funnel step after booking and the calendar confirmation page. The details populate dynamically based on the assigned user linked to the contact - so the right information shows up every time, automatically.
What's Changed
Assigned user custom values are now supported in two places they previously weren't:
Next funnel step after booking a calendar appointment - when using a Calendar element in a funnel with the Redirect action set to "Go to next step", you can now use assigned user custom values on that page
Thank you message on the calendar confirmation page - assigned user details can now be included in the confirmation message shown after a booking is made
The values populate dynamically based on the assigned user linked to the contact, ensuring accurate and consistent output across both flows.

Why It Matters
Personalisation after a booking makes a real difference to how professional and connected the experience feels. Showing the assigned team member's name, a personal message, or their contact details on the confirmation page or the next funnel step sets the right tone before the appointment even happens.
Previously, getting this to work reliably required workarounds. Now it just works.
