Now See Exactly Who Changed a Contact's Preferences and When
If you manage email preferences or subscription types across a team, knowing what changed and who made the change has not always been easy to track. ESC Hub has expanded Audit Logs to cover exactly that.
What's changed
Audit Logs now record contact preference updates and subscription type changes made inside ESC Hub.
For contact preferences, you can see which contact's preferences were updated, who made the change, when it happened, and what the previous and updated values were.
For subscription types, the log captures which subscription type was modified, who made the change, when it occurred, and what settings or details were changed.
You access all of this from Settings - Audit Logs. Each entry shows the user, the affected record, the timestamp, and the full change details. Audit records can also be exported for compliance and reporting purposes.
Why it matters
For any business managing contact preferences at scale - or with multiple team members who have access to subscription settings - this update adds a clear record of accountability. If something changes unexpectedly, you no longer have to guess when it happened or who was responsible.
