No More Fees for A2P Campaign Resubmissions
How It Works
Good news for anyone sending SMS campaigns.
ESC Hub has removed the $15 fee that was previously charged every time an A2P campaign needed to be resubmitted after rejection.
If you already have an A2P campaign on file and it gets rejected, you can now resubmit that same campaign without paying an additional fee. The resubmission process stays the same, but the extra cost is gone.
This applies specifically to resubmitting an existing campaign, not creating a brand new one.
How to Use
If one of your A2P campaigns is rejected, here’s what to do next:
Open your A2P campaign inside ESC Hub.
Review the rejection reason provided.
Make the required corrections where allowed.
Resubmit the campaign.
There is no charge for resubmitting, as long as you’re resubmitting the same campaign.
What’s Included
• No fees for resubmitting existing A2P campaigns
• Same review process as before
• No change to approval requirements or timelines
This update removes the financial penalty while keeping compliance standards in place.
Important Notes
There are still a couple of rules to be aware of.
The following fields cannot be updated during resubmission:
• Campaign use case
• Opt-in message
If you need to change either of these, you’ll need to create a brand new campaign, and standard charges will apply.
Also, campaigns rejected due to disallowed content may still be subject to applicable charges.
Why This Matters
A2P compliance can be tricky, especially when you’re learning what carriers expect.
Removing the resubmission fee gives you room to fix issues without being penalised every time. It lowers friction, reduces stress, and makes it easier to stay compliant without worrying about extra costs stacking up.
For businesses running multiple campaigns or supporting clients, this is a meaningful cost saver over time.
Use Cases
• First-Time A2P Submissions
Fix feedback issues without paying extra to resubmit.
• Agency and Client Accounts
Correct campaigns across multiple accounts without repeated fees.
• Ongoing Compliance Management
Maintain approved campaigns without financial pressure during reviews.
