new-social-planner-widgets-for-your-dashboard
How It Works
You can now track your social media performance directly from your ESC Hub dashboard.
The new Social Planner widgets pull in aggregated social analytics and display them as clear, easy-to-read dashboard widgets. Instead of jumping into the Social Planner or exporting reports, you get high-level visibility right where you already work.
These widgets are powered by the unified Social Reporting API, which means the data is consistent, scalable, and designed to support future social analytics improvements as they roll out.
Everything is aggregated across connected social accounts, giving you a snapshot of what’s happening without clutter or over-detail.
How to Use
Adding Social Planner widgets to your dashboard is straightforward.
Open your Dashboard inside ESC Hub.
Click to add a new widget.
Select Social Planner from the available widget options.
Choose the metric you want to track.
Apply filters such as platform, social account, and date range.
Save the widget to your dashboard.
Once added, the widget updates automatically based on your selected filters.

Available Metrics
You can create widgets for a wide range of social metrics, including:
• Total posts
• Posts by social platform
• Daily post count
• Impressions and impressions by platform
• Reach and followers
• Likes and likes by platform
• Comments and comments by platform
• Shares and shares by platform
Widgets can be grouped by date, platform, or social account, depending on how you want to view the data.
Why This Matters
Social performance is easy to lose track of when it lives in a separate tool.
By bringing Social Planner analytics into the dashboard, ESC Hub gives you faster visibility and better context. You can spot trends, track consistency, and monitor engagement at a glance, without breaking your workflow.
For agencies and teams managing multiple accounts, this also creates a shared reporting view that’s quick to understand and easy to explain to clients.
Less switching. More clarity. Better decisions.
Important Notes
There are a few limitations to be aware of.
Post-level metadata such as post names, images, or descriptions are not included. Advanced engagement metrics like clicks, video views, or subscriber data are not currently supported.
Some filters, such as post type, tags, source, or status, are excluded automatically. Metrics are aggregated, not displayed as granular time-series data per individual post.
These widgets are built on a scalable reporting foundation, which means more metrics and flexibility can be added over time.
