Keeping track of opportunities linked to a contact just got simpler. Opportunities now have their own dedicated tab on the right panel of every contact page inside ESC Hub - making them easier to find and faster to act on.

What's changed

Opportunities have moved to a standalone tab on the right-hand panel of the contact page, sitting just below Associations. Open any contact record and you will see the new tab there, giving you a clear focused view of every opportunity linked to that contact.

For now, opportunities are accessible in two places - the right panel tab and the actions menu - so there is no disruption to how you currently work. From 8 April 2026, opportunities will be removed from the actions menu and will live exclusively in the right panel tab.

Why it matters

Having opportunities tucked inside the actions menu meant an extra step every time you needed to check or update them. A dedicated tab puts that information exactly where you expect it - right there on the contact record, visible without any extra clicking.

No data has changed. This is purely a layout improvement based on member feedback, and your existing opportunities and pipeline data are completely unaffected.

The team is also working on full contact page customisation, which will let you reposition the opportunities tab and adjust the contact layout to suit the way you work. More on that soon.
