Native Google Forms Triggers Are Here
How It Works
ESC Hub now connects directly with Google Forms inside Workflows.
That means when someone submits a Google Form, you can trigger automations instantly, without relying on third party tools like Zapier or Pabbly.
Google Forms responses can now fire workflows in near real time, passing form data straight into your automation logic. Submissions include form ID and name, individual question responses, respondent details, and submission timestamps.
This creates a cleaner, faster, and more reliable setup for handling leads, applications, surveys, and internal requests.
How to Use
Getting started is straightforward.
Open Workflows inside ESC Hub.
Add a new trigger and select Google Forms.
Choose the specific Google Form you want to listen to.
Authenticate your Google account using OAuth if prompted.
Build your workflow using the form response data.
You can now map Google Form answers directly into CRM fields, use them in conditions, or trigger follow-up actions automatically.

Available Actions
Once connected, you can also take action on Google Forms data inside workflows.
• Find Form by ID
• Find Form by Name
• Find Response by ID
• Find Responses by Form Name
These actions support pagination and include Found and Not Found branches, making them fully compatible with conditional workflows.
Why This Matters
Forms are often the first step in a customer journey.
By removing external automation tools, this update reduces complexity, lowers failure points, and makes workflows easier to manage long term.
You get faster triggers, fewer integrations to maintain, and full control inside one platform. Everything stays connected, visible, and reliable.
For teams managing high volumes of form submissions, this is a major time saver.
