Managing Your Client Portal Domain Just Got Simpler
If you have ever had to hunt around in settings to find where to configure your Client Portal email domain, that frustration is gone. ESC Hub has moved Client Portal domain configuration to a more logical home.
What's changed
Client Portal domain configuration has moved from Notifications Domain Configuration into the main Domain Configuration page under Dedicated Domain Setup. All your email domain types - calendar, payments, workflows, campaigns, and now Client Portal - are managed from one centralized location.
Client Portal emails can also now be viewed directly within Conversations, so you can track Client Portal email activity alongside the rest of your communication history without switching between areas.
To find it, go to Email Services, open Dedicated Domain Setup, and navigate to Domain Configuration. Your Client Portal Domain setting is there.

Why it matters
Domain settings scattered across different areas of the platform create unnecessary confusion. Having everything in one place means less time navigating and more confidence that your configuration is set up correctly.
