ESC Hub now allows you to manage your workflows using simple, natural language prompts.
Instead of manually clicking through multiple settings, you can now describe what you want, and the system will handle the setup for you.
You can rename workflows, update settings, and configure actions all in one go.
This includes things like:
• Renaming workflows automatically
• Updating re-entry and stop-on-response settings
• Setting business hours and time zones
• Updating sender details like name, email, and number
• Enabling or disabling key workflow options
Everything is handled from a single prompt, without needing to dig through different tabs.
How to Use It
To manage your workflows with AI:
Open the AI Builder or Assistant inside ESC Hub
Enter a prompt describing what you want to change
Include details like workflow name, settings, and actions
Let the system apply the updates automatically
For example, you could enter a prompt like:
“Rename this workflow to Appointment Follow Up, set business hours to Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and add a follow-up SMS after 48 hours.”
The system will take care of the rest.
