Live Sessions Are Now Built Into ESC Hub Courses

June 04, 20261 min read

If you run live classes or sessions alongside your course content, you have probably been managing them separately - a scheduling tool here, a notification there, recordings stored somewhere else. ESC Hub has changed that.

What's changed

Live Sessions are now a native part of the course experience in ESC Hub. You can schedule, host, and manage them directly within a course, and learners access them from a dedicated Live Sessions section inside the Course Outline.

You can schedule one-time sessions or recurring series - daily, weekly, or custom patterns - with full timezone awareness so the timing is correct for all participants. Each session appears as a card with preview details, making it easy for learners to browse and track what is coming up.

The Go Live button becomes available 15 minutes before the session starts so you can begin on your own schedule. For recurring sessions, you can update a single occurrence or all upcoming sessions without disrupting the whole series.

After sessions end, recordings are accessible to learners in their dedicated Live Session section. You can also download recordings or add them into the course as lessons for future viewing.

Why it matters

Scheduling, hosting, notifications, learner access, and recordings are now all in one place. If live teaching is part of how you deliver your course, this removes the need to piece together separate tools to make it work.
