Know Immediately When an Email Fails Because of a Domain Issue
One of the more frustrating email problems is not knowing an email failed until it is too late to do anything about it. If a domain mapped to your campaign or email configuration becomes inactive or unverified, ESC Hub now catches it and tells you straight away.
What's changed
Previously, if a mapped domain became inactive, emails could continue attempting to send regardless. That is no longer the case. ESC Hub now automatically stops email delivery when a Campaign Domain or other mapped domain becomes inactive or unverified.
When this happens, the failed email activity is flagged inside Conversations with a clear message explaining that the domain is inactive and needs to be updated. You will know exactly why the email did not go out - and what to fix.

Why it matters
Silent email failures are hard to catch and harder to troubleshoot. This update means you are not left wondering why contacts are not receiving your emails. The issue surfaces immediately, in the right place, with enough context to act on it quickly.
