When a customer lands on a specific service or category link, they only see what that link is pointed at. That works well for focused, single-service booking flows. But sometimes you want customers to be able to browse further - discover other services, add something extra, or find what they actually need rather than being locked into one entry point.

A new setting gives you control over exactly that.

You can now choose whether customers can browse beyond their starting point during the booking process. When enabled, customers can navigate to the full services list and book any service regardless of where they started. When disabled, they stay restricted to the service or category link they came from.

What's Included

• A new Allow customers to explore other services toggle inside Global Settings > Booking Page Settings

• When turned on, customers can navigate to the full services list from any service or category link and book any service available

• When turned off, customers are restricted to only the service or category they started from - keeping the flow focused

• Works alongside the existing Allow multiple service selection setting so you can continue to control whether customers can book more than one service in a single booking

How to Enable It

Go to Global Settings > Booking Page Settings and toggle Allow customers to explore other services. That's it - the setting applies across your booking flow immediately.

Why It Matters

Not every business needs a locked-down booking flow. For businesses with multiple services or categories, giving customers the ability to browse and discover can improve conversion and reduce the chances of someone leaving because they couldn't find what they were looking for. And for businesses that need a tighter, guided experience, keeping the toggle off keeps the flow exactly as focused as you need it to be.
