Fix Meta Ad Campaign Issues Before They Cause a Publishing Failure
A Meta ad campaign that fails after you hit publish is more frustrating than one that is caught before. ESC Hub has improved validation and error handling in Ad Manager so issues surface before the campaign is submitted.
What's changed
When you click Publish on a Meta campaign in Ad Manager, a validation check now runs before the campaign is submitted. If required information is missing or incorrect, an error indicator appears in the campaign builder pointing to the specific section or field that needs attention. Campaigns with blocking errors will not be submitted until the issues are resolved.
Error messages have been improved to clearly communicate what needs to be fixed - so you are not left guessing what went wrong or where to look. A publishing progress modal shows while the campaign setup is being processed, and success and failure messages are clearer about the final publishing status.
If there are no blocking errors, the campaign continues to publish in the background as normal and you can keep working while it processes

Why it matters
Failed campaign submissions waste time and can delay ad launches. Catching setup issues at the point of publish - before anything is sent to Meta for review - means you fix problems at the right moment rather than after the fact. The result is a more reliable publishing flow and fewer surprises when a campaign goes out.
Note: this improvement is currently available for Meta campaigns only.
