If you have ever opened a contact or conversation in ESC Hub and had to scroll through appointments to find the next one coming up, that frustration is gone.

What's changed

Appointments in the Contacts and Conversations tabs now sort chronologically based on their status. Upcoming appointments display in ascending order - the soonest appointment always appears at the top. Past appointments display in descending order - the most recently completed appointment appears first.

You can also now view appointment details directly from the Appointments tab using the View action, without having to navigate elsewhere to find the information.

Why it matters

When you are in a conversation with a contact, the most useful information is what is coming up next and what happened most recently. Having to hunt through a list of appointments in no logical order slows that down. This update makes the Appointments tab work the way you would naturally expect it to - the next appointment is at the top, and the most recent past appointment is right there when you scroll down.
