Expanded Message Limits for AI Bot Conversations
How It Works
Bots inside ESC Hub can now send up to 100 messages per conversation, instead of stopping at 25.
This applies automatically to:
Prompt-based bots
Form-based bots
There’s no extra setup required for existing bots. If you don’t change anything, the higher limit is already in effect.
If you do want control, you can manually set the limit.
How to adjust the message limit:
Go to Bot Settings
Find “Maximum messages a bot can send in a conversation”
Choose a value between 1 and 100
Save your changes
How to Use It
This update is especially useful for longer, more natural conversations.
You can now confidently build bots that:
Ask multi-step questions
Handle back-and-forth clarification
Guide users through longer workflows
Support more complex AI logic without cutting off mid-conversation
For example:
A lead qualification bot that asks follow-up questions based on previous answers
A support bot that walks someone through troubleshooting step by step
An AI assistant that gathers detailed information before taking action
Previously, these flows could hit the message cap and stop abruptly. That limitation is now gone.

Why This Matters
This change fixes one of the most common frustrations with conversational bots.
Before:
Conversations could end unexpectedly
Users were left confused
Admins had to step in manually
Now:
Conversations can run their natural course
Bots feel more human and less restrictive
Automation is more reliable at scale
It also makes AI-driven workflows far more practical for real-world use cases where short conversations just don’t cut it.
Use Cases
This update is a big win if you’re using bots for:
Lead qualification
Appointment pre-screening
Customer support
Onboarding flows
AI chat assistants
Internal team automations
Anything that needs more than a quick question and answer now works the way you’d expect it to.
Final Notes
The new limit applies automatically to all existing prompt-based and form-based bots
You’re not forced to use all 100 messages
Existing bot behavior stays the same, just with a higher ceiling
In short: fewer interruptions, better conversations, and more dependable automation.
