Email AI now handles it for you. When it notices your email is tied to a deadline, it offers to add a live countdown timer and walks you through the whole thing.

What landed

Email AI can now recognise time-sensitive emails - flash sales, product launches, webinars, expiring offers - and suggest a countdown timer at the right moment. It only speaks up when there's an actual deadline in play, or when you ask for one directly. No random suggestions on emails that don't need them.

When it does offer a timer, you can either reuse one you've already built or create a fresh one on the spot.

How it works

As you create a template or update a layout, Email AI reads what you're writing. If it picks up on a deadline, it'll offer to drop in a countdown timer.

From there you've got two choices. Pick an existing timer if you've already set one up, or create a new one.

If you're building a new one, it collects the details it needs - the end date, the style you want, and the link people go to when they click. Fill those in and it does the rest.

Once it's ready, the timer gets embedded straight into your generated email. No copying code, no wrestling with timer elements yourself.

If you skip it

Not every email needs a timer, and that's fine. If you skip the prompt or don't respond, Email AI carries on and finishes your email without one. Nothing stalls, nothing breaks.
