Custom Values Are Now Supported in Calendars
How It Works
ESC Hub now lets you use your own custom values directly inside Calendar-related settings.
This means user-created custom values are available anywhere you configure calendar text, including appointment titles, email and SMS notifications, meeting locations, services, and rentals. Previously, only system-defined fields were available. Now, your own data can be used for deeper personalisation and cleaner automation.
Custom values appear in a dedicated Custom Values section within the selector and can be quickly found using search.
How to Use
To use custom values in calendar settings:
Open Calendars in ESC Hub.
Edit a calendar, service, or rental.
Navigate to a text-based setting such as notifications, titles, or locations.
Open the variable selector and choose Custom Values.
Select the value you want or search to find it quickly.
Save your changes.
Your custom values will now populate dynamically wherever they’re used.
