Collect Card Details Inside Your Documents and Contracts
Chasing payment details after a contract is signed is one of those small friction points that adds up fast. A new field in ESC Hub's document builder means you can skip that step entirely.
What's Changed
You can now add a "Card Details" field directly inside any document or contract you send for signing. When your client fills out and signs the document, they add their card at the same time - and it's saved securely for future payments.
No separate payment form. No follow-up email asking for card details. One document, one step, done.
How to Set It Up
Open your document builder and click "+ Add Element." Drag the "Card Details" field into your document and assign it to the signer. Mark it as required if you need the card saved before they can complete the document.
Before sending, make sure your payment provider is connected and live mode is enabled. Once that's in place, send the document as normal - your client clicks "Start filling out," enters their card details, and the card is saved as soon as they submit.

Supported Payment Providers
This feature currently works with Stripe, NMI, Square, Authorize.net, and Adyen. Support for additional providers is on the way.
Why It Matters
Getting paid shouldn't require a second conversation. Capturing card details at the point of signing removes a follow-up step, reduces the chance of drop-off, and sets you up for smoother recurring payments and future charges - without any extra admin on your end.
Log into your ESC Hub account and add the Card Details field to your next document to try it out.
