Calendly Phone Numbers Now Sync Automatically
How It Works
ESC Hub now automatically syncs phone numbers from Calendly appointments into contact records.
If an invitee’s phone number is entered in the meeting location or collected via a form question, ESC Hub ensures the correct number is captured and saved to the contact. This removes the need for manual updates and keeps contact details accurate from the moment an appointment is booked.
When phone numbers come from form fields, a simple mapping step lets you choose exactly where that number should sync. If no phone number exists in the appointment, the sync step is skipped cleanly with no prompts or errors.
How to Use
To enable phone number sync for Calendly appointments:
Connect your Calendly calendars to ESC Hub.
During setup, select the calendars you want to sync.
If phone numbers come from form fields, choose how each number should map using the Phone Number Sync screen.
If the phone number is provided in the meeting location, it will sync automatically.
Save and continue.
For shared calendars, any update to the phone sync option applies to all users linked to that calendar.

Why This Matters
Phone-based appointments are only useful if the contact’s number is actually saved.
This update ensures phone numbers from Calendly are captured accurately, without copying details by hand or risking incomplete records. It also gives you control when multiple phone number sources exist, keeping your data clean and consistent.
Fewer manual updates. Cleaner contact records. Better follow-up.
