How It Works

Cleaning up pipelines no longer means taking risks.

ESC Hub now lets you bulk delete and restore opportunities, making it easy to clean up large volumes of records quickly, safely, and with a clear recovery path if something is removed by mistake.

Instead of deleting opportunities one by one, you can select multiple records at once and delete them in a single action. Deleted opportunities are not gone forever. They can be restored later, giving you confidence to clean up without fear of permanent data loss.

Bulk actions run asynchronously, so you can keep working while the cleanup happens in the background.

How to Use

Bulk deleting opportunities is simple and intentional by design.

1. Go to Opportunities inside ESC Hub.

2. Select multiple opportunities using the checkboxes.

3. Click Delete.

4. Type DELETE to confirm the action.

Once confirmed, the bulk delete process starts and runs in the background.

Restoring Deleted Opportunities

If you need to undo a bulk delete, restoring is just as straightforward.

1. Open the Bulk Actions page.

2. Locate the delete action you want to reverse.

3. Click the three dots on the right.

4. Select Restore to recover the opportunities.

You’ll be able to see who initiated the action, when it ran, and how many records were affected.

Important Notes

There are a few things to keep in mind.

• Deleted opportunities can be restored within the recovery window.
• Opportunities linked to deleted contacts cannot be restored.
• Bulk delete and restore actions are fully tracked for visibility and accountability.

These safeguards are designed to balance speed with control.
