Booking and managing appointments inside your pipeline just got a whole lot smoother. ESC Hub has upgraded the appointment booking experience within Opportunities, so you can create and update appointments without jumping between different parts of the platform.

What's changed

When you open an opportunity and click Book/Update Appointment, you'll now see a modern booking modal - the same full-featured scheduling experience already used across Meetings, Services, and Rentals. It's consistent, clean, and covers everything you need in one place.

If an appointment already exists for that opportunity, it opens with all the details pre-filled. No re-entering information - just review, update, and you're done.

You can also view, edit, or delete the existing appointment directly from this view. Everything is connected to the opportunity, so your pipeline and your calendar stay in sync.

Where to find it

Go to Opportunities inside your ESC Hub account and open any opportunity. Click Book/Update Appointment and the new modal will appear. If there's no appointment yet, you can create one from scratch. If one already exists, it opens ready to edit.

Why it matters

Less clicking around means less time lost. When everything you need to manage a lead - including their appointment - lives in one place, it's easier to stay on top of your pipeline and keep things moving.
