Your Billing Screen Now Shows a Card You've Already Added
If your account has ever gone on hold and you've had to sort out a payment, you'll know the small frustration of being asked to add a card you'd already given.
That's been fixed.
What landed
When your account is on hold - either for your plan or for rebilling - the billing screen now recognises a card that's already been added. It doesn't matter whether you added it yourself or it was added for you. The system sees it, shows it, and lets you go straight to paying.
No re-entering card numbers you've already typed once. No hunting for your wallet for details the system already has.
What you'll see
When you land on the billing screen, your saved card is right there waiting. In the screenshot below, you'll see the card already listed, with a clear option to pay.
Click to pay, and you get proper feedback on what's happening rather than being left guessing. As soon as the payment goes through, your account unlocks on its own - no waiting, no chasing anyone.
When this applies
This kicks in for accounts on hold for a plan payment or for rebilling. If a card is on file, you'll see it and can pay in a couple of clicks.
It's a small change, but it takes a fiddly moment and makes it simple. Next time you need to settle up, you'll be back in and working in seconds.
