Badges have always been a useful way to recognise achievement - but finding them in the Client Portal wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. They didn't have their own space, which meant they were easy to overlook.

That's been fixed.

Badges now appear as their own dedicated tab in the Client Portal, sitting alongside Certificates with the same level of visibility and accessibility.

What's New

Dedicated Badges Tab Badges now have their own section in the Client Portal - a clear, organised space where members can find everything they've earned in one place.

All Badges in One View All issued badges are displayed in a clean, organised layout showing badge name, issue date, expiry date, type, and source.

Download and Share Badges can be downloaded and shared directly from the Client Portal - the same way certificates work.

Why It Matters

Achievements mean more when they're easy to find and easy to share. Giving badges their own dedicated space in the Client Portal makes them more visible, more accessible, and more useful for the members who've earned them - and for the courses and communities that issued them.
