AI Studio Can Now Access and Use Your Media Library Assets Directly

June 17, 20261 min read

If you have images and assets stored in your Media Library, you can now use them directly inside AI Studio without re-uploading or leaving the workflow.

What's changed

AI Studio now integrates with your Media Library across chat, Visual Edits, and Publish. In chat, you can browse and attach existing Media Library images as references so the AI can better match your brand visuals without you needing to upload them again. You can also insert Media Library asset links - images, documents, video, or audio - directly into your prompts for the AI to use.

In Visual Edits, you can select any image element on a page and swap it with an asset from your Media Library as a direct replacement. In Publish settings, your Media Library is available for setting your site's favicon and social OG image.

Assets you use through AI Studio stay attached to the project when it is remixed or loaded from a snapshot - keeping branding and assets consistent across builds.

You can still upload directly from your device when needed.

Why it matters

Re-uploading assets you already have stored elsewhere creates unnecessary duplication and breaks consistency. Having your Media Library accessible across AI Studio means you can stay on-brand, work faster, and keep your assets in one place regardless of where you are building.
