How It Works

AI Builder can now generate complex wait logic in a single prompt.

Instead of manually stacking delays, time windows, and reply-based waits one step at a time, you can describe the entire flow in plain language and AI Builder will create it correctly in one go.

For example, you can tell AI Builder to:

Wait 3 minutes
Then wait 10 hours
Only run on Tuesday to Thursday between 10am and 5pm
Then wait for a reply, with a 10-minute timeout

AI Builder understands the intent, chooses the correct wait types, and builds the structure automatically.

This includes time delays, business hour windows, and reply-based waits with timeouts, all correctly configured.

How to Use It

1. Go to Automations

2. Add or edit a workflow

3. Open AI Builder

4. Describe your wait logic in natural language

5. Let AI Builder generate the wait steps for you

You do not need to configure each wait manually or worry about ordering or conditions. AI Builder handles it.

What’s Been Fixed

This update also improves reliability and safety across wait steps.

AI Builder now:

Prevents invalid or negative wait values
Normalises time units automatically
Caps extreme values
Interprets “years” intelligently as days

Wait types are now more predictable:

Simple delays and time windows generate time-based waits
Reply-based waits with timeouts only appear when explicitly requested

Workflows are also protected from accidental structure issues. Time waits are enforced as a single path, and any accidental multi-path issues are auto-corrected without breaking transitions.

Timezone handling has also been improved, ensuring wait steps populate correctly and consistently.
