How It Works

• The system detects when your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, Teams, etc.) disconnects.

• You’ll get friendly reminders on Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 through your preferred channels (email, SMS, or push).

• Once your calendar reconnects, all reminders stop automatically — no unnecessary follow-ups.

• Users can adjust or disable notifications in My Profile → Notifications → Calendar Notifications.
